Diversity in medicine is critical to providing equitable, high-quality health care to all patients. In its second year, the ¶¶Òô´ó¹Ï Elevate Leadership Retreat for early-career physicians underrepresented in medicine took place at the ¶¶Òô´ó¹Ï IT&T Center August 23-24. Participants engaged in a dynamic weekend of learning, coaching and networking, leaving with the tools and confidence to thrive in leadership roles and gastroenterology.
