Building Connections to Enhance Professional and Personal Development in GI

A mentorship partnership is powerful, influencing the professional and personal development of individuals.  The ¶¶Òô´ó¹Ï Mentorship Program is designed to cultivate relationships between fellows or early career physicians and experienced gastroenterologists with various perspectives in practice settings, geographic location and demographic characteristics.

Exposing mentees to mentors outside of their institution allows them to explore additional areas of interest not traditionally addressed in their training program as well as develop an understanding of how to navigate personal and professional issues that may impact the trajectory of their career.
