Submission Guidance

A fully developed proposal is strongly encouraged. Partial session ideas will not be considered. Submissions should reflect high-impact concepts that align with ¶¶Òô´ó¹Ï’s mission and demonstrate the following:

Innovative: Showcasing advances in endoscopic technology, techniques, and emerging therapies

Clinically relevant: Grounded in evidence-based guidelines with real-world application to endoscopic practice

Interactive and case-based: Incorporating audience engagement tools such as polling, Q&A, and clinical decision-making scenarios

Skills-oriented: Emphasizing practical approaches, procedural techniques, and quality improvement strategies

Inclusive: Addressing diverse patient populations and promoting equitable access to high-quality GI care

All ¶¶Òô´ó¹Ï IT&T In-Person Education proposals submitted must include the Agenda, Course Directors, Faculty, Lab Equipment (if needed), and Potential Corporate Sponsors to be eligible for review.
