The ¶¶Òô´ó¹Ï Train the Endoscopic Trainer Workshop is a practical session designed for those who are interested in developing or enhancing their teaching skills as endoscopy educators. Led by expert faculty, this workshop aims to improve your endoscopic teaching skills. Your participation will raise your conscious awareness of why and what you are doing when performing procedures so that you can explain maneuvers in a clear and effective way to teach others. Participants will develop an awareness of adult education principles and best practices in procedural skills education and feedback provision. This is a highly interactive course which relies heavily on your participation. So come prepared to be actively engaged!
