CANCELLATION: Written notice of cancellation and requests for refunds must be sent to registration@gi.org by Wednesday, October 1. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Registration cancellations are not accepted by telephone. There will be a $50 administrative fee assessed for cancellation of paid events. Refunds will be issued after the meeting. 

Continuing Medical Education

The American College of Gastroenterology designates this Other activity (blended learning) for a maximum of 8.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 8.75 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certi麍cation (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity.
